She is someone that brings life to earth, she is the one who gives birth,
but still, society doubts her worth.
She is the ultimate strength and support behind the success of an
individual,
but people treat her as if she is a nerd.
She’s someone’s mother, daughter, sister, or wife,
but the men took her life.
She is sometimes fragile,
but she has to keep a fake smile.
She was not broken,
She became heartless.
Many people called her many things,
They didn’t know the story and they wrote their judgments.
She was called selfish and arrogant,
She was even called a bitch and a slut,
But was she that bad?
People didn’t know her story or what she went through,
She was even portrayed as a victim,
Which always made her numb.
She’s now mentally and physically tortured,
But still, people stabbed and mocked her with their words.
She now wants to be loved by her lover,
Which she has to cover.
She’s disappointed, she tried many things to overcome her fear,
But her scars have many layers.

She became stone-hearted,
She wants nothing to affect her.
But this is a lie she told her many times,
Which she couldn’t overcome.
She wants to break out at times,
She wants to scream out her frustrations.
She wants to shed those tears in pain,
But people called her lame.
She knew being good to people would hunt her down,
So she becomes the lioness and she fights her past and pain with a roar.
She wants to fall apart in someone’s arm,
But she’s scared, what if? The tears come back?
She is not a toy,
Fill her life with joy.
She needs her decisions to be respected,
As she’s completely exhausted.

All she wants is love and respect,
In her life’s every aspect.
But you won’t understand her,
you won’t know her mind, her heart, or soul.
So she stays lost, an enigma, a puzzle and a rose.
